Personal data, as defined in KVKK, refers to any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person. Therefore, the name, surname, email address, and phone number you provide to us are considered personal data.

2. What is the purpose of collecting your personal data from us?

As Akdeniz Villam, we collect and process your personal information to provide services to you, fulfil our legal obligations, and inform you about campaigns, innovations and developments within our Company.

3. What is the purpose of transferring your personal data, and to whom do we send it?

Your personal data may be shared with our affiliates that we work with domestically, institutions and organisations that represent us during the continuation of the business relationship and/or our business partners with whom we cooperate to carry out our activities. In addition, personal data are shared with courts and other public institutions due to and limited to our legal obligations.

4. How do we keep your personal data?

Your personal data shared with Turquoise Yachting is kept in compliance with applicable legal regulations, KVKK provisions, and Turquoise Yachting’s standards.

5. How long do we hold your personal data?

As Turquoise Yachting, we store your personal data in accordance with KVKK. Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised. We will continue to use them when the purpose that requires processing, according to Article 7/f.1. of the KVKK, disappears and/or the statute of limitations that we are required to process your data in accordance with the legislation expires.

6. What rights do you have according to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data?

Under Art. Pursuant to 11, you may apply to us regarding your personal data and make a request regarding the following issues; -Learning whether your personal data are processed or not -Requesting information if your personal data have been processed -Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, -Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred at home or abroad, -Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, -Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data, -In case personal data are incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request that third parties to whom personal data are transferred be notified of the correction and/or deletion or destruction of personal data, -Object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, -You have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data. As Turquoise Yachting, we finalise your requests free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, he applicable fee as determined by the Board may be applied.
