Our private boat charter service offers the most suitable choice of budget cabins and boat features, with guidance provided to ensure the most appropriate selection. Once the most suitable yacht has been selected, the route, food, beverages, transportation, and tour programme are prepared optimally. Once all the requisite conditions have been met, the boat rental contract will be sent to you via fax or email. To finalise the booking, we kindly request a deposit of at least 50% of the total rental amount, payable to one of our bank account numbers. After receiving the payment, bookings will only be confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email.

Yacht Charter Booking Cancellation:

Cancellation of boat charter booking  will be made in accordance with the following points.

1.If cancellations are made 90 days prior to the tour date, a fee of 20% of the tour price will be deducted.

2.If cancellations are made 60 days prior to the tour date, a fee of 30% of the tour price will be deducted.

3.The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of the trip. However, you will be able to use the boat you cancelled on the same boat with a deduction of 30% of the total price of the trip, provided that the new season prices are valid for the following year.

4.Cancellations made 14 days before the tour date will incur the full price. Cancellations need to be submitted within 30 days of the cancellation

In the event of a cancellation of a tour, a refund will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation date.

Our Liabilities: 

The service guarantee we will offer as Yacht Charter aligns with the quality service obligations. The bookings and contracts approved as Yacht Charter have been carried out, considering the agreements and conditions established by Turkish laws. If the service cannot be provided for any reason other than our company (boat breakdown, weather opposition, etc.), Yacht Charter is obliged to offer you the opportunity to continue your holiday with an equivalent boat with the same quality and comfort within 24 hours.

All boats we use are covered by insurance. You can benefit from the 3rd party part of these insurances. However, as Turquoise yachting, we recommend more comprehensive personal travel insurance.
