If cancellations are made 90 days prior to the tour date, a fee of 20% of the tour price will be deducted.

If cancellations are made 60 days prior to the tour date, a fee of 30% of the tour price will be deducted.

The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of the trip. However, you will be able to use the boat you cancelled on the same boat with a deduction of 30% of the total price of the trip, provided that the new season prices are valid for the following year.

Cancellations made 14 days before the tour date will incur the full price. Cancellations need to be submitted within 30 days of the cancellation.

In the event of government travel restrictions or the imposition of curfews due to the global pandemic, the tour will be cancelled, and the guest will be refunded the deposit.

In the event of a cancellation due to personal reasons (illness, funeral, exceptional circumstances), the tour will not be cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded, and the cancellation conditions outlined above will apply. If the individual in question has been diagnosed with coronavirus and has provided us with the relevant PCR test result, we will endeavour to accommodate a postponement to the tour on a date convenient for all parties, subject to the yacht's availability.
